About Helois

Helois is a very capable Senior Project Manager with 15 years international and New Zealand experience in commercial, residential, education and retail projects including integrated fit-outs, base build upgrades, new developments, move migration and ‘leaky’ building consultation work. 

Additional skills and roles include Health & Safety and an advocate for Green Building where Helois has a detailed understanding of Green Star NZ environmental rating system and the Office Design Rating tool.  Her knowledge and expertise in resolving problems associated with ‘leaky’ buildings and the critical support she provides to building owners and body corporate is one of the best in the New Zealand.

Helois has drive and initiative with an analytical and decisive approach to problem solving.  ‘Solutions’ first is her attitude to projects.  She is an effective leader with the ability to communicate well and drive project teams to meet project objectives.
