The Project

Perficio have been providing project management services to Kiwi Income Property Trust since 2010 on a range of base building refurbishments and full office fitouts.  We have completed 12 projects thus far of varying size and complexity.  Projects generally involve both the refurbishment of vacant tenancies to a very high standard ready for an incoming Tenant and the hard fitout to suit the prospective Tenant's requirements.   

Perficio are engaged as an independent Project Manager providing programming, design team management, tendering, contract administration, project delivery and Tenant liaison services.

Solutions and Outcomes

Projects are often instructed following a lease deal and it is important to keep costs to a minimum and complete within short timeframes without compromising the high quality outcome expected by the Client.  To meet this brief requires intense project management skills and an understanding of how to balance time, cost and quality.
